Thank you for your interest in our portable ultraviolet sanitizer. Cleanse Light™, the world's advanced sanitizer, is designed to help eliminate disease-causing bacteria, viruses and fungi at home or away. We hope you enjoy using this innovative product and the peace of mind that comes with it.

About Cleanse Light™

The Cleanse Light™ Portable Ultraviolet Sanitizer kills up to 99.99% of Bacteria, Viruses, Fungi, Mold and Dust Mites on household surfaces, bedding and clothing is perfect for Home, Business & Travel usage.

Cleanse Light™ Employs the same UV technology currently used to sanitize work paces and tools used in laboratories and medical facilities. UV light at germicidal wavelengths has shown to be a highly effective method of destroying harmful micro-organisms such as MRSA, E. coli, Staphylococcus and Salmonella; as well as odor-casing bacteria, the germs that cause the flu and the common cold.

What is UV light?

UV stands for Ultra-Violet light. Ultraviolet light represent the frequency of light between 200 nanometer (nm) and 400nm. It cannot be seen with the naked eye.

Within the UV spectrum lie three distinct bands of light: UV-A, UV-B and UV-C.

Long wave UV light (315nm-400nm) or UV-A, refers to what we commonly call “black light”. This is the longest wavelength region and lowest energy; it represents the largest portion of natural UV.
Midrange UV light (280nm-315nm) or UV-B, is what causes sunburns.

Germicidal UV light (200nm-280nm) or UV-C, is effective in microbial control. Research has demonstrated that within this UV-C band the most efficient frequency for microbial destruction is between 254nm and 265nm. Germicidal lamps that the majority of their output is in this range will be the most effective in ultraviolet sanitizing.
